The owners of this gorgeous loft say they fell in love with its cozy, high-end vibe, cleanliness, high ceilings, and incredible location that’s perfect for exploring the best of Estes. It’s perfectly appointed with comfy furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and countless amenities so you can feel at home during your mountain getaway in Estes Park.

You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with toilet/shower, a living and dining room with games, puzzles and a smart TV, a great deck with fun views of Estes Park’s central district. Our favorite feature is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Estes Park. The loft is a great home base to not only explore the National Park, but also explore the shops and restaurants that Estes Park is also famous for.

BEDROOMS – The home offers two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note that one bedroom has an open floor plan and it does not have a door. Make sure you look at the photos to confirm this is ok! The first bedroom is on the north side of the building, opening directly onto the deck and into the living/dining area. It’s appointed with a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom is super spacious, located right next to the entry way. Note that there is no door! See photos so you are not surprised.

PATIO – Our tiny patio opens up directly above downtown’s Elkhorn Avenue, where you can enjoy the color sights and sounds of Estes Park. It’s a great place for a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine or beer. You can also enjoy takeaway dinner here, as there are dozens of restaurants within walking distance.

ENTERTAINMENT – The living and dining area features a great flat screen television, high speed WiFi, and a cozy fireplace.

COOKING – The kitchen is fully stocked, featuring an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, various small appliances, cutlery, dishes, utensils, bowls/pots/pans and virtually anything else you may need or want. It opens directly to the dining area so you can socialize as someone’s cooking.
